I’ve travelled a lot and stayed in some very high-end hotels around the world, but the care I received in the VIP suites here was something special. I’ve been here about 14 nights and haven’t felt neglected at all. If anything, the attention from everyone has been extra thoughtful. Ms Azza, the VIP supervisor, kept in touch and checked on things regularly. I also want to mention Mr Mohamed Amer, Ms Mariam, and Mr Ahmed Eid. They’re a wonderful team, kind people who provide service respectfully. They deserve our respect and appreciation. The hotel’s management deserves thanks for choosing such a good team and helping them maintain a high standard of work. I’m deeply grateful to everyone. This hotel and its staff have been a fine face for Egypt and its great history. Long live Egypt! From Abu Nayef in Saudi Arabia, 16/7/2025.
