The privacy and quiet were a pleasant surprise given the hotel’s prime location, and requests were handled quickly. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, with a real feel for hospitality. The property was clean throughout and kept to a high standard. Best of all, the Giza Pyramids were right there in the view, from the room and the shared spaces. Waking up to that was unforgettable. It felt like more than just a place to stay, and I’d recommend it to local and international guests looking for a memorable view of the Pyramids.

The staff made such an effort to make sure we had a great experience. I can't remember another hotel putting that much into our comfort. The pyramids view was fantastic and would bring me back, but honestly, the way the staff treated us is an even bigger reason I'd return.

Dinner on the rooftop terrace was delicious, and the pyramids looked magnificent from up there and from some rooms. The place feels very new and is well maintained. Our room wasn't especially large, but it was in excellent condition. Breakfast service needs work: it took half an hour for our drinks and food to arrive. They also said the second coffee would cost extra, but after a short discussion the hotel manager canceled the charge. One thing to know is that subway construction is right next door. In the pyramid-view rooms, though, the street noise drowned out the construction noise anyway.

It’s a newly opened, renovated, clean hotel, with views over the Mena House Hotel golf course and the pyramids. It’s in an excellent spot for visiting nearby sights.
