Al Kasr Sahl Hasheesh-Ultra All-Inclusive

We especially liked how peaceful and family-friendly the place felt, and how safe it seemed. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the pools and beach were beautiful. There were plenty of restaurants and food choices, with fresh, tasty meals every day. Al Kasr Sahl Hasheesh is a beautiful, very clean resort and made for a relaxing family trip. Everything surpassed what we expected. The care, cleanliness, and hospitality were outstanding. We’d definitely come back, and I’d recommend it to families looking for a luxurious, relaxing stay in Sahl Hasheesh.

The beach was beautiful and clean, with lovely water, and having direct access to it made up for the pool being a little cold for swimming at the end of May. In May 2026 there were no visible construction areas, though the club and spa still weren’t open. The pool was the one facility that felt a bit chilly. Our basic room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The hotel itself was in perfect condition, with high quality throughout and careful attention to detail. Everything we needed was available. The food was delicious for an all-inclusive hotel, especially at the Asian restaurant, and we really appreciated the popcorn too. The takeaway breakfast for early excursions was the only slight disappointment. The employees were professional and kind throughout. Tarek at reception was understanding and always ready to help. Eslam and Waleed at the juice bar were especially kind, and the woman who gave me a massage helped ease my back pain a lot. We also booked activities through the hotel’s partner agencies, and the organization and effort to make everything go smoothly were great. We were very happy with both the hotel and its staff, and would gladly return.

It’s a gorgeous new hotel, very clean, with great amenities and great employees. But checkout left a bad impression. I was meant to leave in the morning and completely forgot the date. Reception never contacted me that morning to ask how the stay was or whether I was extending. I only found out when I was suddenly locked out of my room, with no warning, and had to pay for an extra half day. That lack of a check-in from reception really affected my experience.

The dining room is cramped, and the guests were mostly Russians and Romanians. Many were very loud and ill-mannered, leaving their children alone in the restaurant. I saw a Russian couple drink so much they vomited in the flower garden, then carried on as though nothing had happened. I reserved sun loungers with the beach waiter in the morning, but they ended up sitting by the pool. This hotel is too nice for that sort of guest, and the professional staff don’t deserve it. The hotel itself is beautiful and feels truly luxurious. The staff are kind, always smiling sincerely, and the beach has fine sand and beautiful water. The pools are large and clean, and our room was cleaned. I especially appreciated the kind service from the man at the vitamin bar, though I don’t know his name, and from the young man at the little bar down on the beach. Everyone in the courtyard smiles and says thank you.
