Beach Albatros Resort - All Inclusive

The vacation was good overall, with delicious, varied food. Housekeeping did excellent work and was always on time, and I'd like to thank them along with the restaurant and bar staff for their great service. The worst part was the reception experience. One employee was rude, spoke loudly, and seemed unwilling to talk or help. When we politely asked to change rooms, he said, "you should be grateful that I gave you the rooms early". That was really disappointing. At checkout, we were held for 30 minutes because staff thought we'd hit someone's car. They tried to call the owner but got no answer, then let us leave with my father's number to contact him. I wasn't pleased with what happened or how it was handled. My room was in the 4000 category, but there wasn't a couch or even a comfortable chair with proper back support for working on my laptop. A couch and table, or at least a good chair, would improve the room. The nighttime shows could be more entertaining too. During our stay they were all DJs, dancing, or for kids. Fire or magic shows would be great.

The beach and pool were lovely places to relax, and everything was clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean too. The staff were welcoming from the start, always friendly and ready to help. Meals had an excellent range of delicious choices. It was a fantastic, relaxing stay, and I'd definitely come back and recommend the hotel.

There are plenty of sunbeds, so we could always find a free one, and even with the strong wind we spent lots of time swimming in the beautiful sea. The hotel grounds are huge, with several water parks and lots of pools. We also really enjoyed the varied, tasty food, especially at LaMarch restaurant. The staff were courteous and friendly. I liked the hotel a lot despite its 4-star rating, and we’ll definitely come back.

The nightly shows were different each day, and we were told about them in advance. The animators were fantastic, especially Alice, Alina and Liza. Such a great team! It was our first time at this hotel, and we had a really good stay. Thanks to the hard-working restaurant and cleaning teams.
