The beach is amazing, with three distinct areas: a shallow, calm lagoon, a deeper calm section for adults only, and a great snorkeling spot full of colorful fish and corals. The location is convenient too, with shops, bazaars and pharmacies just outside the gate. Service was very quick, and everything I asked for was ready within a few minutes. My room was comfortable. The food was tasty and good quality, though there wasn’t much variety, and it was still easy to find something to suit my taste. This was my second stay, and I’d recommend it and come back again, God willing.

Our sister trip was such a fun, unforgettable memory. We loved the food, the people and the service, and there was always a little extra. The entertainment team showed us around and made the stay so much fun. The location was near the beach. Special thanks to the barman, pizzaman and massage team ❤️

Bel Air Azur Resort delivers service quality that feels like 4-5 stars, despite being a 3-star hotel. The whole place was spotlessly clean, from the beach and pool areas to the rooms and public toilets, with staff constantly maintaining it. Housekeeping did an excellent job: rooms were cleaned daily, towels replaced every day and bed linens changed frequently. The employees were friendly, professional and helpful. Food quality was outstanding, with varied international dishes, healthy choices and something for every taste. The animation team kept the energy up with daily activities, live music and shows. Special thanks to Hamo and the animation manager for their professionalism and warm attitude. Highly recommended for adults looking for comfort, fun and relaxation.

Most guests were over 50, so the place felt a bit like a retirement home. I know it’s adults-only, but the atmosphere was quieter and older than I expected. Breakfast and lunch were good, while dinner didn’t measure up. The beach was about a 600-meter walk away, wasn’t sandy and required stairs to reach. It also wasn’t very clean on one of the days. Housekeeping came to clean between 4 and 5 PM each day. If I came back from breakfast and the beach wanting a shower and a rest, I sometimes had to wait while staff cleaned nearby rooms, with my room still untouched. That was a first for me and affected comfort and cleanliness during the stay. My experience wasn’t too bad because I’d already decided to enjoy my holiday whatever happened, but these details might matter to others.

We came with my friends, Sisters Keeper, to celebrate our 10th friendship anniversary and a friend’s birthday. We were treated like queens and had easy access to the managers. They provided a beautiful cake, a hall and an exceptional DJ for the celebration. Room service was fantastic, and the rooms were always clean with lovely towel art. The food was delicious, and the resort is close to the shops and beach.
