Blend Club Aqua Hotel

The room was painfully hot because the air conditioning barely worked. At 2 AM I called the front desk, and someone came to “fix” it, but it still barely cooled the room for the rest of the night. Leaving to find another hotel in the middle of the night wasn’t realistic, so we were stuck there and couldn’t sleep properly. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, the towels looked worn, and the light kept flickering. The room also looked nothing like the photos online, with outdated furniture and a strong odor as soon as we walked in. Staff were unhelpful and seemed annoyed when we asked basic questions. I asked several times to speak with the manager and kept being told he was “in a meeting.” Eventually I asked his name and was told it was Nashat Morcos. I tried multiple times to get the problems addressed, but nothing was properly resolved. For what we paid, I expected much better cleanliness, quality, and professionalism. The whole stay felt neglected and poorly managed. I rarely leave reviews, but this was disappointing from start to finish. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

The entertainment and animation weren’t as good as at other hotels in Hurghada, though the kids stayed engaged and were happy in the end. There’s a good variety of genuinely delicious food, and it’s a great place for children, with pools, a water park, and access to the sea. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Good value for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms were clean and looked after, the food was tasty with lots to choose from, and there were activities throughout the day. The resort has a comfortable feel and a fun, relaxing atmosphere. The staff made the stay especially nice. I’d like to mention bartender Abdelrahman Abdel Naser, who was kind and welcoming, always greeted guests with a smile, and was attentive and ready to help. His positive energy and professionalism made a real difference and helped make my holiday more enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend Blend Aqua Resort to anyone looking for a lovely holiday in Egypt. I’d definitely love to come back!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout the stay. Our room was always clean and fresh, and smelled lovely. The hotel as a whole felt pleasant and well maintained. We had a wonderful holiday at Blend Aqua Park Resort in Hurghada. The pool area, aqua park, playground, and beach were fantastic, clean, safe, and fun for adults and kids. The food was so delicious, with plenty of great choices every day. We’ll definitely come back and warmly recommend Blind Aqua Park Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable holiday in Hurghada!
