Casa Cook El Gouna - Adults Only

The food was excellent, with the kitchen doing a remarkable job. It felt closer to a fine dining restaurant than a hotel, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Everything stayed clean and well maintained. Our room was lovely, private, and so quiet, just right for unwinding. The whole team made us feel welcome, whether in room service, reception, the kitchen, or the restaurant. We were a little sad to leave. Special thanks to Osama and Waheed from the service team, who were fantastic and felt like friends. We were completely comfortable and had nothing negative to say. It was worth every cent, and we’d strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break. The food, atmosphere, and staff make us want to return. On our third visit to Casa Cook, the standards were once again high, from the organization to the service. Mohamed Gamal in housekeeping was reliable and attentive to detail, and the room was consistently well maintained. Chef Omar’s kitchen served very good food throughout the stay, and I especially enjoyed the falafel cooking class and learning about how it’s prepared. Fatma made fresh omelettes each morning at breakfast. The service team, Kamil, Salid, Khaled, Eiad, and Waheed, were attentive and professional, while Ahmed, Gomaa, and Mohamed kept things smooth and comfortable around the pool. Another very satisfying stay, with strong service across the board.

This was my third time at Casa Cook, and I’ve always liked the hotel. This visit felt different because Mostafa at reception made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. He was professional, respectful, attentive, and quick to help from the moment I arrived through checkout. The trip felt smoother and better organized than my previous stays. He’s a real asset to the hotel, and I’m grateful for all he did. Thank you, Mostafa, for such a memorable visit.

The falafel Adal served was the best I’ve ever had, and I know we’ll be thinking about it long after the trip. Moustafa also made us feel at home after a long journey, with such kind and thoughtful hospitality. Casa Cook El Gouna has a beautiful design, a calm atmosphere, and a stylish, luxurious feel, with details that make it a lovely escape. The service was warm, genuine, and attentive throughout. We can’t wait to come back.
