Salma hotel

I stayed one night with my mom in a small room with separate beds. There was barely any space for my luggage. The air conditioner wasn’t working, and when I told the lobby, they said they’d handle it in a few minutes but never did. I also asked for a hairdryer, but they said they would sort it out the next day, even though I needed it that night. Breakfast was acceptable: three kinds of salami, boiled eggs, three different cultural foods, and something like a dessert. The management was bad, though one waitress wearing a hijab was really sweet. When the water container ran out, she quickly got me a glass of water. The location was acceptable. I came to Cairo for the pyramids and museum, and it took about 40-50 minutes to get there by bus. For one night or so, it’s acceptable if you’re not too particular about cleanliness or organization. If you’re staying longer or have an itch, this hotel would be one of my last options.
