I booked three days but left after just one because the conditions were unacceptable. The rooms were extremely dirty and the beds very uncomfortable. The pool was full of rubbish and couldn’t be used, and they kept the lights off most of the time, which made the place feel deserted and creepy. It’s a remote property at the far end of Hurghada, with no restaurants or services nearby and nothing available inside either. When I decided to leave early, management tried to charge me extra despite the poor service. A waste of money and time. I don’t recommend it.

There were no toiletries like soap or shower products, and we got just one towel for two people, expected to use it both in the room and at the beach. Nothing seemed clean, and the people there were the rudest I’ve encountered. I hope nobody else has to go through this.

Had a good time with everyone. The team is doing well, and I’ll be coming back soon. Wait for me!

They checked us into dirty rooms with uncleaned toilets and dirty towels. It’s faaar from the city centre, with no good facilities around. Very, very not recommended. I wish I could give it one star.
