Jasmine Palace Resort & Spa

We spent three weeks at the jasmine palace and have no complaints. The room was very spacious, and the whole resort was exceptionally clean. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Special thanks to Muhammad at the Arorau buffet restaurant, who was amazing, and to yoseff and Abdul at the wave bar. I'm a very fussy eater, but I still found some really good food to enjoy. We'll definitely go back next year.

Room cleaning needs work. The beds were made regularly, but during our stay the floors were often left dirty and didn't seem to be wiped or cleaned. Food was one of the biggest disappointments at Jasmine Palace Resort in Hurghada. For an all-inclusive place, there was very little choice and the buffet was extremely poor. At the main pool buffet, it was often fries and low-quality chicken nuggets day after day. The beach buffet usually had some grilled meat, fries, and hot dogs, with hardly any variety. The buffets were scheduled to open at 12:30 pm, but that was often when cooking actually began. Guests ended up waiting in long lines for a few pieces of meat, then had to queue again for fries, so the food was cold by the time we sat down. Portions were very limited too. I don't support food waste and wasn't expecting unlimited servings, but when I asked for a little more or collected food for family members so they wouldn't all have to queue, staff often gave strange looks or made comments. Some staff were polite and helpful, but others came across as rude and could use better customer service training. The information and opening times on the room leaflet weren't kept up to date and were often inaccurate, which caused confusion. The resort felt more like “limited inclusive” than all-inclusive. I was disappointed by the service, food quality, and organisation, and wouldn't return or recommend it to anyone looking for a true all-inclusive experience.

We came back after seven years for our second stay, and the hotel was an excellent choice again. The food's quality and variety exceeded our expectations. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the garden was maintained beautifully all the time. Every staff member was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, which made our stay special. One small suggestion: a sign near the pier could warn snorkelers about potentially dangerous fish, such as puffer fish and lionfish. We saw several guests trying to touch them and felt we needed to warn them ourselves. Everything else was excellent again, and we'd happily return.

The food was a highlight, with a great range of fresh, tasty choices and something for everyone. Restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, which made meals enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, and housekeeping kept them to a high standard each day. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Pool and common areas were clean and well organised too.
