A few staff members were polite and helpful, but they couldn't make up for how bad the stay was, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel. The place looked nothing like its photos or ads once we arrived. The rooms were in poor shape, with too few towels even for several people, hardly any toilet paper, and only tiny shampoo bottles or limited refills, so we kept having to call housekeeping for basics. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. In shared areas it was extremely weak, and the code had to be entered again every 10-20 minutes. The minibar claims were misleading too: instead of the advertised drinks, we got two waters and one regular cola. Across the hotel, choices were mostly cola, occasional cola zero, and sugary artificial juice. The buffet was almost the same each day, and the pool looked unclean and poorly maintained. The advertising was misleading, service was very poor, and the whole experience was a major disappointment.

Breakfast was great, and the beach was beautiful. We enjoyed staying at New Eagles Hotel in Hurghada, which had a resort-like feel for a much lower price. The restaurant was nice, though the choice was limited. It shut at 9:00 pm and had no alcoholic drinks. The hotel is isolated, so you'll need a car or taxi to get to attractions. There's a supermarket opposite, but we decided against shopping there after they asked us to pay more than the price shown at the cash desk. I'd recommend it if a clean room, a pool, and easy beach access are what you're after, and you don't mind taking taxis around.

The all-inclusive deal makes sense here since there's nothing you can reach in under an hour. A taxi takes around 10 to 20 minutes to get somewhere. There are two pools, and a small marina sits on the beach. When the wind blows the wrong way, fumes from it can reach the pool area. The rooms and complex are getting a little dated, though repairs and maintenance happen every day. It's fine, really, nothing much to complain about. In February 2026, most of the guests are Russian.

A few people on staff were kind and polite, but that was about the only good part. We paid extra for an ocean view and, after complaining for two days, were given something they called “similar” to what we'd paid for. We tried to cancel and switch hotels through both the agency and the hotel, but couldn't. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The ads are misleading, service is very poor, and it was a complete disappointment. There was no alcohol anywhere in the hotel. Our room was in terrible shape, with tiny shampoo bottles or refills, too few towels for several guests, and almost no toilet paper. We had to keep asking for supplies. The promised Wi-Fi didn't reach the rooms, and elsewhere it was very weak, needing a code reconnect every 10-20 minutes. The fridge was supposed to include soft drinks, but we got just two waters and a regular cola. We asked for Cola Zero four times and were always told there wasn't any. The drinks selection was mostly cola, sometimes cola zero, and sugary artificial juice. The buffet served nearly the same food every day. I booked a massage and found it decent, but after paying I was asked for extra tips several times, including days later while we were swimming. Don't book a safari or activity through this hotel. We were persuaded into a fake “safari” called Crystal Sahara, which was a scam, with people trying to get money from us. The place looked nothing like the pictures or the advertisement when we arrived.

The omelet chef kept approaching women to ask for their phone numbers, which was completely unprofessional. The VIP rooms had no Wi-Fi, except on the terrace and by the pool. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, and it constantly smelled foul, like sewage. This is supposedly a 4-star hotel, but the reality was quite different.
