New Marina President Hotel

The staff were kind, cheerful, and always ready to help, which made the whole stay feel welcoming and calm. The room was clean, and waking up to that amazing sea view each morning was unforgettable. I had a wonderful time at The Bay Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hurghada.

At 25£ per bedroom for a two-bedroom apartment, it was just about okay, but the stay itself was really poor. We were only there overnight because of a late flight. The apartment felt tired and run down, and the toilets had a strong sewage smell. The AC in each room worked well, the noise level was okay, and it was easy to find by taxi. The hotel is right in the marina, so things are within easy calling distance. The beds were firm, and the pillows were all soft, with no choice. We were overcharged $10 for the airport taxi. Tip: switch to Uber and use cash only. Drivers here can negotiate an extra price on top of the Uber fare after you book, and you can’t cancel unless they cancel.

The apartment was comfortable and really spacious, and the location was fantastic. Breakfast had lots of variety, was plentiful, and tasted delicious. The staff were always kind and happy to help. Special thanks to Sayed for organizing all our tours and supporting us throughout. He was truly invaluable!

We got a whole balcony to ourselves, the service was great, and the hotel was a great price. Embarak was especially nice. While we were out, he decorated our bed, then asked the next day if we liked it. I asked if he could make the room romantic for our anniversary, and we were completely blown away by how good it looked. He put so much effort into it and kept me updated while we were away. My girl was so happy. 10/10.
