We were left out on the street at 5am with a baby and nowhere to go. I'd confirmed our 5am check-in over WhatsApp after making the reservation, but the host never came to open the door and simply ignored us. It was a terrible, heartbreaking experience, the worst of my life.

Save your time and money and stay at bahga Palace 1 instead. It's newly renovated, close to everything you need, and has very friendly staff. I could spend all day writing about the problems and complaints with this place.

The flat is mostly good, comfortable and clean, and centrally located. The price is fair.
