FANTASTIC!!! The hotel, staff, dive boat and crew were all fantastic. I arrived in Hurghada for my first solo international trip. My plans were still in place through the shop I’d booked with, but otherwise I thought I was on my own.

We had a lovely time at Swiss Wellness Dive Resort, and everything was very good. The food was excellent, consistently tasty and reassuring, and the HACCP certification gave us confidence in the quality and hygiene standards. The staff were kind, attentive, and quick to respond. Thanks especially to Mohamed hossem, Mustafa, Selim, and hossam for their professionalism and kindness. Wahid, the excursion manager, and his colleague were both so caring and lovely, and always accompanied us. The massage therapists were funny, lovely, and cheerful, and housekeeping and the rest of the team were excellent too. We highly recommend the hotel. Mélina & Loïck, from the FRENCH family 🇫🇷

The diving was the highlight, with professional instructors, great organization, and high safety standards. Exploring underwater was unforgettable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. I’d gladly return and recommend it for comfort, service, and activities.

The Dolphin House trip was magical. We snorkelled with wild dolphins twice, then around beautiful coral full of tropical fish, and both outings were memorable. My friend and I also did our first dive experience at Swiss Wellness Dive Centre. Walid looked after us throughout the day. We were nervous at first, but his expert instruction and reassurance at every step helped us relax. We each did one dive with Walid, then one together. The crew were friendly and lunch was delicious. Thank you for such a memorable day.

This is my second visit, and after staying at lots of hotels in Hurghada, I still find the service here excellent. It feels familiar and welcoming every time. Many thanks to manager Mr. Mohamed Elhefny, who looks after all the guests, and to everyone on reception and housekeeping: Nada, Nour, Hamza, Mohammad, Shaker, Mostafa, Hosaam, Chef Mostafa, Chef Mohamed, Mohamed ,(Accounting), Ahmed and Jusef. They were all kind and helpful. I’ll definitely return.
