Titanic Royal

The staff were courteous, professional and attentive throughout, and housekeeping was especially good, with exceptional attention to detail. The rooms were superb, with huge, very comfortable beds and free cans of Coke and Sprite plus bottled water each day. The one thing I didn’t like was the hair dryer, which was very difficult to use. There were lovely sunbeds around the beautiful pools, and towels were changed daily with no deposit required. The WiFi worked brilliantly throughout the hotel. Food was excellent quality with lots of choice, and it was easy to book the other restaurants onsite in advance. I honestly couldn’t fault the Titanic Royal and would definitely return.

I spent 10 days here and felt it was worth every penny. The à la carte restaurants had great food and a good range of choices. The beach and pool areas were kept clean, and there were things for the kids too. The cleaners kept my room tidy. It was a super lovely stay at a fabulous hotel, and I can’t wait to come back.

The staff made this a fantastic stay, always going out of their way for guests. Mr Osama gave us a warm, professional check-in, Mr Mina was ready to help with whatever we needed, and Eva from guest relations kept checking that everything was right and worked hard to improve the hotel. I also want to thank the bar team, especially Mr Alaas, Mr Fady, Mr Ahmed, Mr Mohammed and Mr Mustafa, for their friendly, attentive service. Each morning on the beach, Mr Ahmed greeted everyone with a lovely attitude and positive energy. There was plenty happening during the day, including a fruit festival, foam party and pink party, and it was clear people appreciated them. The kids club was great too. The two girls working there really seemed to enjoy being with the children and making sure each one had a positive time. The evening shows were so good that staying up late felt worthwhile. Anastasia was the soul of the hotel during sports activities, with endless energy and positivity that made everyone smile. Janna led yoga and stretching sessions and was always pleasant and lovely to talk to. Dj Ahmed was a pleasure to meet, always cheerful in the morning and still full of energy at the hotel disco after the night’s entertainment. We also booked two private trips and spent two days at the spa. Both were incredible, professionally organised and made the holiday even more memorable. I can’t wait to return.

The staff were wonderful across the whole resort, always smiling, polite and helpful. The best moment for us was my son’s birthday: the team sent a lovely letter and a beautiful cake right to our room. Such a thoughtful surprise made the trip unforgettable. There was plenty of room in the many pools to swim or relax without feeling crowded, and the entertainment team kept us busy and smiling. The resort layout was convenient, with clean facilities close by. Our room was spacious, modern and spotless, and we liked having fresh water and juice added to the fridge every day. We had lots of tasty food options each day, a good variety of drinks at the bars, and the à la carte restaurants were a real highlight. We’ve just returned from a fantastic family holiday at Titanic Royal resort in Hurghada and can’t recommend it enough. We’ll definitely be back!
