We had a great time here, sharing meals, swimming, and exploring together. Assom has a real gift for bringing guests together, and the friendly feeling he creates makes the place feel more like home than a hostel. I'm grateful for the experience and sad to leave. The price is unbelievably good, too. The rooftop terrace has beautiful views, and the shared kitchenette is convenient and sociable. Rooms are basic but comfortable.

Right in the middle of the new city, with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants for every budget close by. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and Alyaa, Essam and Esraa were super friendly. It was a great experience for a really good price, and I’ll definitely come back.

I had booked a few days here and left feeling appalled. I saw money being stolen from guests, had to deal with the rubbish myself after asking more than ten times for the room to be cleaned, and was insulted by the owner, who told me to leave before checkout. The explanation was that the staff member had back pain and that his mother always cleans up after him. When I put the bin outside the door, the boy on duty pulled me and tried to put it back in the room. They treated visitors like street dogs. The owner kept saying, “I don’t care!” so I decided to contact TOURISM POLICE. He eventually texted just before midnight telling me to collect my luggage and go. I wrote to complain formally about being made to leave before my booking ended and about my money being withheld. In the letter, I said I would return at 20:00 (8:00 PM) with the tourist police to seek a full refund, and asked for the money and an apology for the rude behaviour to be ready. I said I would take further legal action if it wasn’t resolved that night. I’m expecting my money back. If you have trouble, contact 162 the immigration police or CPO. Avoid this place if you respect yourself, and book BEDCOIN.

The staff were the best, so kind, helpful, and lovely. Our rooms felt clean and safe, and the rooftop was really cosy. It’s also well placed near everyday amenities and a lively, fun main street. I’ll come back.
