The sightseeing tour was organized by Itaka, and we were placed on this company's ship, Sultan Hassan. The trip was very disappointing. There was no bottled water or internet, the food was poor, and the bathroom was dirty with visible mold. At meals, some guests were told to leave their tables, and the restaurant floor manager did it in a raised voice. It made the atmosphere uncomfortable and stressful. Based on what we experienced, I wouldn't recommend this ship to future travelers.

They claimed there was no reservation instead of checking it, so we had to keep contacting the travel agent until the issue was sorted out. The cruise manager and assistant kept repeating, “we do not receive Egyptians.” They really lacked customer satisfaction skills. We were very unlucky 😢

The reception looks bright and the staff smile, but there was no toilet water in the rooms and the food really wasn’t good. Bar staff were very bad, and one waiter tricked us out of 30 dollars. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
