The staff were fantastic, always helpful, smiling, and friendly, and the food was excellent. As a family with young children, we especially liked how quiet it was in the evenings. Our room had its own pool, which worked perfectly for us. The hotel is in a great spot on a clean sandy beach, and when we snorkeled we could see Giant Carp or Dugongs almost every day. Amazing hotel.

Joseph William, the head chef, deserves a special mention. The dishes were delicious, carefully refined, and full of flavor. His experience, passion, and heart came through in the food. Salah from the waiting staff was also excellent, polite, attentive to every detail, quick, and always smiling. At reception, Moamen made a great first impression with his professionalism, politeness, helpfulness, and constant smile. He made guests feel special, and his commitment and positive energy make you want to return. Joe from the entertainment team was open, kind, funny, and charismatic. He knew how to make people laugh and draw everyone into the fun, whatever their age. His enthusiasm was contagious, and his professionalism and warmth deserve high praise. People like these made our stay more than a holiday, it was a real pleasure and an unforgettable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Mr Abd El Hamied was always kind, cordial, polite, smiling, and helpful, and his positive manner made our stay even more pleasant. Each day our room was in perfect order, spotless, carefully prepared, and a lovely place to relax. The beautiful bed decorations added a special charm and made us feel special. We're grateful for his professionalism and kindness. It's a pleasure to meet someone so committed to looking after a room.

The sea was crystal clear and beautiful, with fantastic snorkeling, and made this a great place for a relaxing holiday. The animation team kept things lively with friendly, energetic daytime activities and entertaining evening shows. We also enjoyed the excellent food, with delicious dishes for all tastes and a good variety every day.

Ahmed Nasser at reception made our visit special. He was kind, professional, and helpful, gave us excellent dinner recommendations, and handled all our requests with a genuine smile. Her hospitality made a real difference. We had a wonderful stay at JAZ Elite Riviera, with a modern, very clean room, delicious breakfast, and a perfect location. We highly recommend the hotel and look forward to returning!
