The sea is right in front of the hotel, so the view is great. The staff are really friendly, and the rooms are spacious with good AC. They also leave free bottles of water every day. The buffet is a real highlight. Dinner usually has two or three meat options, vegetables, and a pasta station with white sauce pasta and Bolognese. There’s a big selection of Egyptian pastries, fruit, cakes and jello for dessert. Breakfast includes eggs, pastries, salads and Egyptian tea. The owner is very kind too. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

For a three-star hotel, it’s good. The sea view is awesome.

Honestly, this was a very bad stay. The rooms weren’t clean or hygienic, and the food and drinks weren’t good. The open buffet was weak and disappointing, and the salad bar was among the worst I’ve ever seen. Nothing about the place was nice.

We booked a room for two at the last minute on the day, after another hotel down the road, Delmar hotel, catfished us. That place was absolutely disgusting. Our stay here was amazing, mainly because all the staff were so welcoming and kind. Maged, who checked us in, even helped arrange a private minibus for me and my family to get back to Cairo.

The rooms are clean, though a little tight for two, and the staff are kind and helpful. The food is average. It’s in a very convenient spot in central Matrouh, but there’s no beach option, which makes it a less appealing choice.
