The reef and beach were lovely, and the food was excellent, fresh, well prepared, and different from day to day, with plenty to choose from. The animation team were energetic and welcoming, and made things fun for guests of all ages. Reception could have been warmer and shown a bit more understanding. We still had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend the hotel. P.S. I'd highly recommend the hotel photographer. They took unbelievable photos of us that will remind us of our great stay.

We particularly loved the entertainment, especially the mini disco and evening shows. The animation team are talented and clearly put a lot of effort into the performances. Greetings to Lucy, Karim, and the rest of the team! The wellness staff approached us at least once each day during our seven-day stay to sell massages. We understand it's part of their service, but it felt too frequent. The resort is so spacious that it never felt crowded, and we could really relax. The beach is good by Egyptian standards, with marine life to see, and you can enter the water from shore or use the convenient pier. Our room was clean and housekeeping worked flawlessly, though some furnishings have seen better days. That didn't bother us, and everything worked. We were satisfied with the food and its wide selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful, as is typical in Egypt.

The whole complex is well maintained and makes for a relaxing holiday. It's close to the airport, and the food is high quality. Service is professional and attentive, and the animation program is top-notch. The animators were active, committed, and so positive. Their energy throughout the day was impressive. I also want to pass along a caution. The phenomenon known as "Bezness" has been documented in Egyptian tourist areas for years. Some service staff may try to build personal connections with female guests, particularly German and other European visitors, beyond their professional role, sometimes with serious emotional and financial consequences. I didn't experience this myself while traveling with my husband, but I heard about it from other female guests. I think women traveling without a partner, alone or with friends, should know about it.

The animation team brought so much kindness and energy to our family stay. Karim was especially cheerful, and the whole team kept us smiling with fun, thoughtfully planned activities. Adults and children alike felt included and cared for. We also looked forward to every meal. The food was fresh, very well prepared, and offered enough variety for everyone in the family, from breakfast to dinner. Staff were attentive and friendly. From the moment we arrived, the resort felt welcoming and well cared for, and we stayed comfortable and relaxed throughout. We left with happy memories and can't wait to return.
