The speech was excellent, and Ibrahim50 and Ahmadi were fantastic animators. We enjoyed the experience a lot and would love to come back for future events.

Our flight was delayed, and at noon our wristbands were cut off. We were told to pay for lunch, and only allowed to drink water. Staff kept watching to make sure we weren’t having anything else. When we went to eat, we had to pay, and we felt like thieves. The room was also a problem. We were given dirty towels, and sometimes there weren’t any towels at all. Once, they didn’t clean the room. On the third day of our holiday, I had a severe allergic reaction and a rash spread all over my body, though I still don’t know what caused it.

The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and we had a really pleasant stay. We loved the pools, breakfast, rooms, and the fun evening with great food. Thank you, Jesus. We love it!

The location was very good and the price reasonable, and some of the staff were polite. But we often got food that seemed spoiled, and the restaurant staff were rude and strange. There were cockroaches in my room, and the hallway smelled of sewage and urine. The hotel isn’t really beachfront either, you have to cross a road to get to a small, smelly beach. When we raised the food issue, they denied it and acted as if we didn’t know what hotel food should taste like. We were treated badly and unfairly because we’re Egyptians and because I’m a woman.
