The view, pool, and all the little details made the hotel feel like a dream. The staff impressed me most, though. I didn’t get his name or a photo, but one gentleman kindly lifted my luggage so its wheels wouldn’t scrape over the stones. That thoughtful gesture and the genuine smiles are something I’ll remember. One of my best memories from Egypt.

Some rooms haven’t been renovated yet, but the staff checked that we were happy and let us move into a vacant renovated room. They’re also making improvements around the hotel. The food was tasty, and everyone was friendly. I enjoyed the animators, especially Aliona, who was so helpful and kind. Her morning exercise sessions were great.

The animation team brings a fun holiday feeling, they’re full of energy. We’re enjoying our stay here now. It’s a lovely hotel with a warm, friendly atmosphere, and the staff are all kind and helpful. The food is tasty, varied, and not spicy.

The staff member who handled our luggage really stayed with me. It was extremely heavy, but he carried it patiently and never showed any frustration, just kindness, professionalism, and care. That level of service made the stay unforgettable. Everything else, from the atmosphere to the service, was wonderful too.

Hadaar from guest relations was a huge help and gave us great service throughout our stay. The animation team also made the experience more enjoyable, especially Eleonora, whose energy and positive attitude stood out. It was a great stay from beginning to end.
