Youssef was the highlight of my stay. He was friendly, so helpful, and always went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed. Everything was clean, the location was convenient, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish, and beyond amazing overall. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️

The location is great, almost a minute from lighthouse, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. It’s a beautiful, comfortable, convenient, and affordable place to stay, with wide open areas that work well for groups and get-togethers.

I’ve traveled around the world for two years and stayed in many hostels. I booked through Booking, then got WhatsApp messages from the hotel owner. After 27 days in Egypt, I’d seen this kind of approach in tourist areas before, but the attitude here felt completely focused on money and unhelpful. I was sick and had clearly said I wanted a capsule room, not a hostel. I went to the hotel after being told, “come, we’ll see,” and had internet trouble during my night journey. An employee named Joe was there. Women should be very careful here. Being in a holiday area doesn’t mean people are open to sexual remarks. When I asked who was in the room, I got the unnecessary and disturbing answer, “A Latin American girl is staying there.” It turned out the bed actually belonged to a man. The room was very dirty. I stayed only to rest because I was sick. When I raised the issue, the owner said, “I can give you a tent if you want,” which felt extremely humiliating. I definitely don’t recommend this place. There’s no hostel culture here, and you can find much more respectful and better places nearby for just 1-2 dollars more. You may have paid, but humanity should always come first. Open your heart to kindness, and it will return to you.

The receptionist was very rude. Update after the hotel’s response: The hotel says CCTV shows I was never a guest, but that’s incorrect. I stayed from 8-11 February. Instead of dealing with the staff issue, they denied that I had stayed at all.
