We stayed for 8 days and came away feeling completely relaxed. The price and services are excellent value for money, and the hotel has a beautiful coral reef, so we didn’t need to take excursions elsewhere to see coral. Pool and beach loungers were soft and comfortable. Fresh towels were provided daily, and when we returned them, we got new ones the next day. The grounds and gardens were cared for every day and beautifully maintained, with no litter anywhere. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Mohammed Abu Jabal was especially kind. He always greeted us warmly and asked if we needed anything in our room. When my wife asked for a slightly lower pillow, he sorted it out within an hour. People like Mohammed and the rest of the employees make you feel at home. We really enjoyed the stay and send our warm regards to him and everyone who looked after us.

The views and location at Dreams Beach were beautiful, and the hotel was very clean. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating during my stay. Ahmed Abdalla at the front desk was especially kind, professional, and understanding, and made my experience even better. I had an amazing time, with excellent service and wonderful hospitality. I’d highly recommend it, and I’d definitely return.

We were told we could use the hotel facilities until the evening, then later they denied saying that and wanted extra money. That felt misleading and unprofessional. A hotel should keep its word. The way tips were repeatedly requested, even for services already included, made us feel pressured instead of welcomed. It seemed customer satisfaction mattered less than getting extra payments from tourists. We came as guests but felt treated like a source of money. Hospitality should mean respect, honesty, and trust. I can't recommend this place to anyone expecting fair treatment or proper service.

Saif Ahmed made a real impression on us. He was welcoming, polite, and always ready to help, and his positive attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. We had a genuinely lovely time, better than we expected, and would choose to come back.

The taxi service was the part that really upset me. The person handling it claimed he was honest because he was Muslim, then insisted our destination was far away. I knew it should be about a five-minute drive, but he said there were two bus stations. There were, one 15 minutes away and another just five minutes away. He sent us toward the farther one, and the driver went in circles to make it seem like a long trip. The closer station was only 2.8 km away. I felt scammed and disgusted by the behavior, and hope the hotel gets rid of this person because he's giving a good hotel a bad name. Apart from that, we had a nice stay. The food was good, there was live evening entertainment, and people were accommodating. The hotel was clean thanks to Mr Ahmad Safwat (15674). There's also a diving facility at the hotel, and the instructors are very professional.
