The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and everyone was friendly and attentive. Mohammed, who cleaned our room every day, was careful and professional, so it was always spotless. The omelette chef Mohammed was fantastic too, his omelettes were a lovely part of our mornings. We celebrated our 25th anniversary at Jaz Sharm Dreams in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was an unforgettable, relaxing stay. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and spotlessly clean. We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh.

Mr. Mohamed made the trip especially memorable with his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to make sure things were right for us, and we really appreciate it. The bars and restaurants had outstanding service. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always smiling, and every meal was delicious and nicely presented in a warm atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back.

This was our second time at this fantastic resort, and once again nothing felt like too much trouble. Hassan and Ahmed were always attentive in the restaurants, and Yossef at the pool was there to greet us and set things up wherever we chose. Everyone was humble and helpful, with a smile ready whenever we needed service. It really felt like special five-star treatment.

Our housekeeper OMAR is the person who made this stay especially memorable. We've stayed in hotels around the world, but have rarely felt such genuine, personal care. He greeted us warmly every day, checked how we were and whether we needed anything, and handled requests quickly. His English was excellent, which made chatting easy. The room was impeccably clean, towels for the room and beach were changed regularly, and everything was kept to a high standard. What stood out most was his caring attitude, beyond simply doing the job. Staff like him are the face of a hotel, and we hope management recognizes his dedication. We're deeply grateful. This was our first time in Egypt, a new experience after traveling mostly around Europe. At reception, a particularly kind and professional staff member welcomed us, and we were glad to get our room before the official check-in time. It was in a quieter spot away from the pools and entertainment, just right for us. The room was spacious, with a small fridge, kettle, cups, tea, and instant coffee. We didn't need the drinks since they were readily available in the restaurant, but appreciated having them. The bed was very wide and comfortable, and an extra bed for our 11-year-old daughter was brought promptly and made up carefully. We were more interested in the sea than the pools, and only used a pool once, mainly for our daughter. The grounds are well kept and have many pools. The aqua park is small, but its attractions are safe and enjoyable. The beach was clean and sandy, with coral patches and beautifully colored fish. There was enough choice at the restaurant, especially at lunch and dinner. At breakfast, omelette chef Mohamed was always cheerful and remembered guests' preferences the next day. The restaurant staff were kind and attentive overall. We were most often served by Bassam Abu Mohammaidain, who was warm and friendly and taught us a few Arabic words. One disappointment was the two employees making pizza and grilled meat outside, who often seemed unfriendly and unhappy, unlike the otherwise welcoming, smiling team. The person at the ice cream cart also seemed unfriendly. Apart from that, the team was excellent. We had a very good stay, and OMAR's kindness and professionalism are what will make us want to return.
