The WiFi barely worked, the AC was broken, and the water pressure was weak. For the price, this place feels like a scam. The food was cold and tasteless, and I had serious doubts about its hygiene. I wouldn't eat there unless you want to risk food poisoning. My room was filthy and smelled terrible, like it hadn't been cleaned properly in months. The sheets were stained, the bathroom was disgusting, and insects were crawling around. Staff were rude and no help at all. Every basic request felt like an unwanted favor. There was no professionalism. This was easily the worst hotel stay I've ever had, and I don't know how it's still in business. Save your money and sanity, stay anywhere else.

Reception and the food gave us problems from the moment we arrived. We paid a high price, but the food was awful, even dogs wouldn't eat it. The chicken was spoiled, and when we went to the chef, he said that one piece wouldn't affect the rest. There were three of us, but we weren't given extra room cards. If one person wanted to go out, he had to wait for another to come back and hand over the card. When we lost ours, they charged us $5, even though we're Arabs. The reception's blatant racism is hard to understand. I hope someone in charge contacts me so I can explain the other details. It was truly awful.

I found the pool area nice when it was clean, but there was always something in the water. During my stay they cut palm leaves around 2pm, dropping dirt and sticks into the pool while people were swimming. The evening shows were just the entertainers dancing on a stage beside the pool, with four tables to watch from. The rest was poor. Rooms were dirty, and drawers were broken. WiFi barely worked in the rooms, with service only at reception and sometimes near the pool. Reception weren't helpful or welcoming, and nobody there spoke English. The workers were rude, the food wasn't nice, and the alcohol was cheap and tasted so bad it was hard to get drunk. There was no wine except at lunch in the cafeteria, and no food like chips or pizza, so I mostly ate beef stew or food from naama bay. Servers were stingy with meat and drinks. At the carving station, I asked for more meat on three different days, and each time they clicked their tongues, gave me one piece, then moved on to the next person. At the bar, I asked for vodka and diet coke, but the bartender added very little vodka. When I asked for more, they refused, even though it was all-inclusive. The whole place was disappointing.

Before arriving, the negative Google reviews had me worried, but from the moment we got there the welcome was warm and the stay turned out so well. Night manager Nadem, Kamel, Peter, driver Mohammmed, and the team at Nunus were all kind, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. You could tell they cared about guests and took pride in their work. The hotel transport made getting around Sharm much easier: cars were clean and comfortable, and the drivers were friendly and professional, with good suggestions for places to visit. The room was spacious, clean, and looked newly refurbished, much nicer than the online photos. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well maintained. Reception quickly brought things we needed, like irons and extra amenities. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and made cute towel designs, which we looked forward to seeing each time we returned. There was a wide choice of good food each day, with the pasta station a particular highlight. The hotel is a little far from the beach and main attractions, but it was still easy to get around. I felt really looked after and had such a positive stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I'd happily recommend it and return. Thank you, everyone!
