The pool and beach were fun, and most of the staff were welcoming, kind and smiling. Some bar staff and one chef weren’t as friendly, but room service was very good. Shoutout to Islam in particular. The rooms are decent. The central AC works well enough, though the old knob controls make it slow and sometimes not very effective. Food was mixed: some buffet dishes were very good, while many others were simply bland, though nothing was bad. You have to try things to learn what to avoid. Overall, I had a good time and would stay again. A little more seasoning for the bland dishes would make it great. The activities guy at the beach charges way too much. I hope they replace him with someone who has reasonable prices, since there are plenty of people outside the hotel offering the same trips for less.

I booked five days here and was a bit nervous about the rating, but the stay exceeded my expectations. Ahmed Salem kept my lovely room spotless every day. It faced the heated pool and was fabulous. Mohammed and Ahmed from the entertainment team were lovely and talented, and everyone at the hotel was kind. Nobody asked me for tips, and everything went smoothly. The beach was amazing, especially for snorkeling. The pools always looked clean, there were sunbeds available, and the music was relaxing. The restaurant staff did their best to make everyone feel welcome and well served. The food was reasonable, though keep your expectations realistic since this isn’t a five star hotel. The negative comments here don’t reflect my experience of the restaurant. Unless food is the only reason you’re booking, I’d say go for it. The location is spot on, about a 25 minute walk to Naama bay. It’s a lovely place and good value for what you get. I’d go for it.

The restaurant was especially disappointing: staff behaved inappropriately, and it was very poorly kept. The food was terrible, too. Although the beach is sandy, it feels like a very basic public beach, while the buildings and landscaping look below standard, almost like a military camp. For what the service offers, the price is extremely high and not worth even half of what I paid. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever visited in Sharm El Sheikh.

We had so much fun over the week and came away with loads of great memories. Everyone on the staff was friendly, helpful, and really attentive. Now it’s nearly time to head home, and we’re sad to leave such a lovely place. We’d come back for another holiday as soon as we could. Zsolt and Niki, the Hungarian guests 😉💖

The whole team made us feel welcome, but Mr. Emad and Mr. Abdel Meniem from the F&B team deserve a special thank you. Their professionalism, care, and focus on guests made my stay more memorable. You don’t often come across service at that level, and I really appreciate how much effort they put into making everything right.
