Maritim Jolie Ville Resort & Casino Sharm El Sheikh

The beach was amazing, sandy, long, wide, and properly cleaned and looked after. That's quite unusual for the region. The hotel is right by the pedestrian street, so we went out every night. There are lots of cafes and shops selling cheap Chinese souvenirs, but if you keep walking, you'll find the “Alladin” shop, a unique place selling authentic Egyptian handmade and handcrafted goods. We were pleased with the room service and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. We preferred dinner at the outdoor buffet, which had even more dishes. Our renovated room was very nice; the older rooms had slightly dated furniture, but were well kept. The grounds are huge, green, and very well cared for. You can see people working on the property every day, which shows professionalism and responsibility for the services. One thing bothered me: the staff's attitude toward children. I'm not sure if it's a security method, in case a child gets lost and isn't afraid to approach staff, or just a visitor-oriented attitude. But it felt weird that every staff member wanted to compliment my child, give high-fives, and touch them. It was strange at first, then disturbing, and eventually made me alarmed. Parents don't like strangers touching their children!

The food quality didn't meet expectations, and the service at the restaurant was below standard. Waiters' communication wasn't professional, staff didn't handle guests properly, and there was little attention or hospitality throughout the stay. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The food was fab, and the beach team, Mustafa, Kotkot, were incredible. They took extra care to check we were okay, make sure we had what we needed, and help us feel safe. I took my mum for some winter sun this February. The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, perfectly set between the town and the sea. They're completely rebuilding the place, but the work is being done well out of view. We'll return, it's such a lovely place to visit. Bring a book and just relax.

What stood out was how relaxing and fun the atmosphere was. There's nature, lush greenery, the beach, tennis courts, pools, and a casino, with something for whatever mood you're in. We always felt safe, cared for, and relaxed. The whole property is spotless and so well looked after. The beach is clean and peaceful, and the pool is beautiful. Every day's meals were fresh, tasty, and different, so we looked forward to them. From the moment we arrived at Jolie Ville, the staff made everything easy and warm. They welcomed us like old friends, showed us around the resort, and made sure we had everything from day one. We just got back and are already thinking about another trip. If you're considering booking, do it. We came home with full hearts and beautiful memories.
