It's a lovely place, with amazing staff and a very nice, spacious room. I was disappointed that the focus seemed to be on Russian customers rather than English speakers, even though most music and entertainment was in English. The tour guide told me they only arrange excursions for Russian-speaking guests.

We're staying at sunrise remal beach, and it's a lovely hotel. We spent most of our time on the beach, where bartender ahmed looked after us so well. He had a great attitude, was very polite, and gave high-quality service. His cocktails were perfectly made. I definitely liked him and we'll come back again.

The guide was very helpful, and the bellman was great. Reception gave us lots of useful information, and check-in was quick. Our reservation went perfectly too, and check-out was just as fast and smooth.

The food was very good, and the beach was amazing. It's the best four-star hotel I've ever stayed at. I love this hotel.

The beach is amazing, and snorkeling and diving there are out of this world. Cocktails are excellent, with a huge choice of non-alcoholic drinks, and the à la carte restaurants have plenty of very good options. The staff are absolutely fabulous and greet you with a big smile, even after long hours in the blistering heat. Nothing is too much trouble. Special mention to the pool bar staff, Alaa and Ramy. They were exceptional, and drinks seemed to appear like magic before we even had to ask. It's a wonderful hotel, and we'd definitely return.
