I've stayed here several times, and I've enjoyed it each time. The weather and location are great, and the staff are always happy to help. The rooms are starting to look dated, and some of the restaurants need more attention to detail. At the adults' pool, service for drinks and extras is lacking. Still, it's a really nice place, and the weather is reliably good. The staff at the main pool and pool bar are good.

The warm atmosphere and attentive service made our holiday especially enjoyable. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We also loved the food, with plenty of delicious choices every day. Our room was clean, spacious, and well kept. The pools, beach, and hotel facilities were in excellent condition. We had a wonderful stay, would happily recommend the hotel, and would love to come back.

The food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive resort, and the staff made the whole stay feel special. People sometimes say not to expect much from all-inclusive food, but I don't know what those other reviews are talking about. My only negative was at the Greek restaurant, where the chicken came out undercooked twice. It was a small part of an otherwise amazing stay at Sunrise Arabian, and we can't wait to return. The staff are the biggest reason we want to come back. They work incredibly long hours and still greet you with a smile, always trying to make your holiday as good as possible. Ehab at Churchills looked after us at the bar every night and made us feel welcome. Yousef at Waterfall Grill treated me like royalty, was attentive and kind, and even wouldn't let me pick up my phone after I dropped it. Anaeob at Mai Tai was just as attentive and always made sure we had what we needed. Sunrise Arabian should be proud of its team. They truly make this place what it is.

The private pool in my room was one of my favorite things, and the Arabian show and foam party were amazing, beyond what I'd expect from a 9-star experience. Abdul Hamied at the adult pools kept them clean and supported guests. The General Manager, whose name I don't know, personally checked on guests and asked if they needed anything. Katya, Mariam, and Alex from the Entertainment Team did their best to keep me from getting bored, though the hotel should have more entertainers for a property this large. I booked a Deluxe Swim-Up Room (Adult Only) for five nights as a solo traveler at Sunrise Arabian Hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh. It seems much better suited to families with children than to someone traveling alone. Before booking, I saw its 9.4 rating on Booking and watched videos of the hotel, but the actual experience was quite different. The beach is too small for the number of guests and is consistently crowded, making it hard to find space. The hotel spreads across several floors, with very long staircases to the main floor. On my last day, I found going up and down them tiring and difficult. There are pools on each floor, but activities are only at the small main pool, which is mainly for children. The adult pools have no entertainment, so they feel inactive. When I raised this, I was told those pools are intended for relaxation. I think guests should have choices beyond quiet areas or the kids' main pool. There are several adult pools, so one could stay quiet while another has activities. The number of entertainers also doesn't seem enough for the hotel's layout. Food and drink are easy to get at the main pool, but service at adult pools on the other floors is inadequate, with only one staff member on each floor. Getting food or drinks is difficult. The evening shows on the main floor are good for older guests and families, but as a younger traveler I found the entertainment limited. The classic music performances and theatre shows seemed planned for children. For solo travelers looking for a hotel around an 8.0 rating, this could suit a budget at that level. For families, I'd rate it 8.5. It isn't bad, but it doesn't meet what I'd expect from a 9.4, or even a 9. A 9-plus rating suggests luxury and exceptional standards. I'd return with my family and children if I wanted a hotel around an 8.5 rating. Traveling solo, I wouldn't come back. I'd recommend it for a family holiday, but solo travelers looking for active entertainment and convenient amenities may want to consider other options.

We're still here after seven days, and the resort is very clean. The rooms are large, with room 3315 having a great sea view. They're clean and well maintained, with daily housekeeping. Staff are kind and helpful, and you can see how hard people work to keep the resort running. When an issue comes up, management really tries to sort it out. The pools are very clean, the water is well cared for, and the lifeguards are excellent. Kids also have a great kids club, activities, and mini pools. The food is good, with less typical European-style fare and more variety from different cuisines. The evening shows are a bit modest, and it's a pity the main buffet and international buffet aren't connected. The reason I'm giving five stars is what happens on departure day. Even though we have to return our room cards at 12:00, we can store our luggage and keep using the resort until our evening flight. It doesn't feel like they're trying to charge us extra. You can tell they care about keeping tourists happy and comfortable.
