The bars were great. Staff paid attention to what guests liked and didn't like, brought drinks over, and remembered our usual orders. The free shuttle to and from the beach was handy, and food and drinks there were included in the all-inclusive package. There's plenty to do here. We also had access to the sister hotel Aqua Blu, which we hadn't known about, and it added lots of daytime variety. Both hotels have mini golf and plenty of slides that kids and adults can enjoy. The food was much the same each night, but there are several restaurants with different options. The animation team, Chanai, Jon and Bilel, were fun all holiday and went out of their way to make us happy. Our one negative was an altercation with “chief, Tata,” who is in charge of activities. He spoke to us with a lot of attitude, handled the situation appallingly, and then ignored it afterward. The rest of the team apologised for him instead. Bilel and Chanai did a brilliant job trying to put things right. From the start, he seemed aggressive and rude. We saw him constantly shouting at staff instead of treating them respectfully, and could hear him from the other side of the pool. He didn't seem to realise guests could see and hear him.

There's a huge choice of food, and the entertainment is the best, with something going on all the time. They have two different stages for the evening shows. Fantastic place, we'll come back.

A wonderful, huge and beautiful park in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt, with wheelchair ♿️ access. We attended the famous Neverland show and highly recommend it.
