We especially enjoyed the restaurants’ warm, welcoming atmosphere. Reda was so kind, attentive, and professional, and Shrouk’s lovely smile and hospitality made our experience even more memorable. This is a fantastic hotel, beautifully maintained, with spotless, comfortable rooms, delicious food, hot pools, and a range of restaurants. At Salt Seafood Restaurant inside Rixos Hotel, the seafood was very fresh and beautifully prepared. Everything we tried tasted great and was presented with care, and the elegant, relaxing atmosphere made the meal especially enjoyable. Bassem looked after us so well, with friendly, attentive, professional service. He made sure we felt welcome and that everything was right throughout the visit. Highly recommended for good seafood and excellent service. We’ll definitely return!

Our aqua side room was very tired and could use some TLC. Apart from that, the hotel was faultless. The staff and service have been 5 star since we arrived, and the facilities, food, and location are all incredible. Hamdy on the aqua side pool team got our sunbeds ready each day in our preferred spot, and Amir in the lounge bar on the aqua side was always happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff made this a special family holiday. The food was excellent, especially in the a la carte restaurants. The Greek restaurant’s plate smashing and live music were a highlight.

The Anjana spa was excellent, and Than gave me the best massage. Very professional and relaxing. We stayed on the aqua side, and it was easy enough to take a buggy to the other side. The staff were helpful and hardworking, and tips were appreciated but never required. The main buffets get busy, but the staff handle the crowds very well. Food and drinks were excellent, with enough choices for vegetarians. The kids club was fine on both sides, though the timetables didn’t match what was actually happening and could be updated. There could be more outdoor play space and more indoor activities for children aged 5+. The good "baby room" is small and unsupervised, so older children without their parents can go in and put younger ones off. There’s a cinema room and a playstation room, but not much for children who don’t want screen time. I noticed some children crying and not getting a response from staff, though I never left my own children there unattended. Alisa was incredible, one of the best kids club staff members.
