JAZ Elite Palace – Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus

The evening shows were bright and entertaining, and we enjoyed every one. Our favorite activity was boccia, and we loved yoga with Nona. She was professional, positive, and full of energy. There was always something fun to do. We also really enjoyed the food, with a good variety each day, and the wide, clean beach was comfortable for relaxing. Thanks for the wonderful holiday, great emotions, and good mood. We’ll definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is good, the beach is beautiful, and the place is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The shows and entertainment are simple but enjoyable. The buffet is good, though it could use more cooked vegetables, and the à la carte restaurants are excellent. The staff were generally very friendly, especially the cooks and servers, who were excellent. Since I can’t have gluten or lactose, I was able to get special meals, including morning pancakes and other alternatives. A big thank you to chef Mohamed ARAFA (photo)! The public relations staff were attentive too, which was a real pleasure. They could still improve the gluten-free and lactose-free options, particularly desserts. Maybe they could offer sorbets.

Our room stayed spotless thanks to Abdallah Mohamed, who did a fantastic job each day and left creative towel figures as a lovely personal touch. He was hospitable and always ready to help. Ahmed Ramadan at the bar was another standout, friendly and respectful, and always made sure we had drinks while helping us feel welcome. Iberotel Palace in Sharm el Sheikh felt safe and very clean. The food was excellent quality, with lots of choice, and staff quickly learned our preferences and catered to them. Everyone was kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our genuinely excellent stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’d happily return. I highly recommend it.

The sea is close by, and there weren’t many people around, so it felt calm. The hotel is also not far from the city if you want to go for a walk. It has pleasant surroundings and a friendly atmosphere. The grounds aren’t huge, but they’re comfortable and well kept. The food was tasty, though nothing extraordinary. Staff were generally friendly, room service was fine, and the animation team helped create a nice atmosphere.
