The convenient location made it easy to get around and explore. I also liked the hotel facilities, especially the [pool/gym/restaurant, which added extra value to the stay. Staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to help from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick and smooth. My room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and useful amenities. Housekeeping kept everything tidy throughout my visit.

The beds were the one good thing about the rooms, they were very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, but dated and run down, and hot water ran out quickly, so early showers are a good idea. Meals were lukewarm every day and the menu never changed. Staff were very unfriendly, and the animation team had favourites and showed no interest in everyone else. Evening entertainment was shocking, like a children's birthday party. The hotel needs a lot of work before it can offer an enjoyable holiday.

The only thing that needed attention was the cleaning, but once I mentioned it to reception, it was fixed. The hotel manager mr Saleh was there, walking around and taking care of things. The new management seems to be making a difference. Facilities, food, and service are excellent, and the staff are genuinely friendly and make your day. We enjoyed everything, including the heated poon for adults and kids. Big thanks to mr Ahmad El sharqawi, the bar manager, for fantastic drinks and a smile, and to Mohammed Manashi at Restaurang for his lovely personality, commitment to the job, and care for customers. There's a lot more I could say, but give the hotel a chance like I did and you won't regret it.

We had one problem after another during our seven days here, and the service was awful. Requests to fix issues took all day and needed constant reminders. I wouldn't come here if you actually want to enjoy your holiday. First they put us in a room without running water. Once that was fixed, there was no hot water, so we had to shower cold until it was sorted on day two. On day three the water stopped again, and we had to complain once more. After daily complaints about the many room problems, we were moved to another room where the hot water worked. Then it filled with mosquitoes and we were covered in bites. We asked for spray and towels because ours had been taken and not replaced. By then we'd had enough and called a manager, who didn't seem to care much either. This is the worst resort I've ever visited. Absolutely awful. I'd give it zero stars if I could. If you want a good holiday, don't come here. It's nowhere near a 5-star resort; I've stayed in 3-star hotels that were better.
