They seemed to care about taking payment upfront, even before checkout, but when we were disappointed and wanted to leave early, they refused to refund the unused days and still insisted on collecting service fees in advance. There was no room service or breakfast buffet. The food choices were very poor, and the morning hot water and coffee station was incomplete. Our room didn't seem to have been prepared before check-in: it was filthy and damp-smelling, the air conditioner was broken, the bathroom was dirty, the tap didn't work, the fridge was dirty, and there was no toilet paper. This place shouldn't be called a hotel or resort, and even calling it a room feels like an overstatement. It felt like a business scamming customers, with practices that seemed unethical and potentially illegal. The worst rental experience I've ever had.

The rooms were clean and the staff were good, but the food quality wasn't very good.

There were so many flies and mosquitoes, and the grass didn't seem to get sprayed with insecticide. During our four days, our dirty rooms were never cleaned, and when we asked for the unclean bed covers to be changed, staff didn't come back. They know nothing about room service, and the food was too bad. This hotel is bad even just for sleeping. Simply don't go there, that's my advice.

I loved my time in Egypt, but this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in anywhere in the world. It was disgusting and not clean at all, and they didn't even provide toilet paper. By American standards, it would fail every health standard and be illegal. This hotel needs to be bulldozed to the ground.

The rooms were clean and the people were polite, but the pools had no heaters and the food wasn't good. The beach was too far from the hotel and wasn't clean or nice to stay at. There weren't any foreigners there, all the guests were (C class) Egyptians. (Aida) is next door and much better than (ocean club).
