We spent 14 nights here and had a really good time. We're at the Pirates bar now, waiting for our taxi to the airport. The hotel's private beach was great for snorkeling, with so many fish to see, and Naama bay center is just a five-minute walk along the promenade, with plenty of bars and restaurants. I don't agree with reviews saying the food is only for Russian guests. There was always a choice of meats, vegetables, chips and mashed potatoes, and we especially liked the egg station at breakfast. We ate at the Pirates bar a couple of times too, and the burgers were really tasty. The Flambe bar was a nice spot for a beer and a chat with other guests in the evening. Big thanks to Majik, Hussein, Ahmed and Karim, all lovely guys and a credit to the hotel. Mohamed, who cleaned our room, also deserves a mention. My wife loved the flowers and towel art. Good value for money, and we'd book again.

The pools were clean and never too crowded, and the rooms were nice and serviced daily. Staff were friendly and ready to help. There was plenty to see while snorkeling, from colourful fish to other sea life, and the beach offered lots of ways to relax. A short walk takes you to small shops where you can probably find just about anything.

The beach was wonderful, the food was good, and our room was always clean. The staff were kind, smiling and helpful, and we received lovely hospitality during our stay. Some of the restaurant staff made the experience less pleasant, though. A special thank you to Professor Salwa in guest relations. She has a wonderful smile and finds solutions to all the problems you run into during your stay.

The food could have been better, but the WiFi was very good and having free beach towels and a bag was useful. The beach location was good too. Hussain at the flambe bar took great care of us all week, as did magik at the pirates bar.

The spa was a real letdown: very dirty, with the same towels being used for each guest and a smelly sponge used to wipe faces. The gym and spa are far below European standards. There also aren't any toilets on the beach. The rest of our holiday with friends was really enjoyable. The bungalows are lovely and close to the beach, surrounded by beautiful plants, and the staff were so polite and smiley. The entertainment team kept us busy every day with aerobics, yoga, volleyball, shows and dancing. We weren't bored, and they deserve recognition for their hard work, and a raise.
