The rooms were cleaned very well every day, and the food changed daily and was good. You have to keep in mind what you’re paying and what you get, including the slightly old-fashioned interiors. The staff do their jobs really well. The animators put their hearts into keeping guests entertained, from poolside aerobics and stretching to the evening programs. Greetings to Karim. And big thanks to restaurant worker Mohamed Hamdi, who does a lot to keep clients happy and satisfied with their stay. The hotel should be proud to have him.

The staff were friendly, but that was the only positive part of a horrible experience. The service was very poor, and the manager needs training to run a resort properly. The food quality was also very, very poor. The rooms weren’t clean when we checked in. There were no slippers, tissue box, or toilet paper roll. The curtains weren’t hung properly, and the telephone and hairdryer were both broken, with nobody bothering to fix the phone. Chairs and tables were broken and dirty, as were the restaurant cups and plates. The resort is presented really badly and needs serious work if it wants to attract customers. We won’t come back. If you want to enjoy Sharm, avoid this resort at all costs.

The staff were kind and tried to help, but the manager was rude and disrespectful. We complained about the chalet we’d reserved: it had rusty metal, a broken bathroom, some broken light bulbs, and a washing machine with its buttons missing. For a place I thought was four-star, it felt like a two-star at best. The manager told us to go back to Cairo because they couldn’t do anything, and to terminate our agency contract, even though the agency works with the hotel so we can keep coming here. Thanks to the security director, who was very respectful and calm, we were given a new chalet. It was 1000x better than the first one. Breakfast wasn’t that good. The omelette, bakery items, and a few cheese options were okay. The rest was below average and seemed like food from two days earlier. I’ve stayed at a three-star place in Sokhna that was better than this one in every way.

The price seemed fair for what I got, so I’m neutral on recommending it. The reception staff were great, and the room cleaner folded towels really well. Plenty of drinking water was provided. Other staff were mostly polite and helpful, though a few seemed tired of the job. The room layout worked well and I didn’t hear noise from neighboring rooms. Street sounds and music from the inner pool were another matter. It was reasonably clean, but there were squashed mosquito remains on the walls and stickers left by a previous guest, which made the checkout cleaning seem careless. The building has had a general renovation, but the cracks in the floor and ceiling still stand out. Food choices were decent if you were willing to mix things up, and the taste was average to good, though nothing special. It was noticeable that ingredients left over from earlier meals were reused. That didn’t affect the taste much, but I still got slightly food poisoned as a European visitor. The animators rarely shared details about shows or events, aside from occasional leaflets or private announcements. A basic schedule at the pool entrance would help people see what was happening that day. They could also freshen up the playlist. Hearing the same songs and mixes several times a day, every day, got annoying. Wi-Fi was unreliable in some spots and abundant and fast near reception.
