The staff made this stay for me. They were kind, helpful and lovely to talk with. I also have fond memories of the gentlemen at the front desk, who were very helpful. Mostafa by the pool was always happy to chat and teach people to swim. Ahmed at the bar was friendly and always smiling, and the gentleman who was probably the restaurant chef was like a good father, always ready to help and give advice. Those people deserve to be the hotel's advertising. It should tell people on its website about employees who care about guests' comfort. You don't find people this kind and helpful everywhere. The rooms were spacious, the pool was nice, and I visited both hotel beaches, one great for snorkeling and the other for relaxing under an umbrella. The mango juices were delicious, and I recommend them. I had a very pleasant time here. Other Polish guests told me that five-star hotels have delicious food but unpleasant service. If people and good conversation matter to you, this hotel is worth considering. And the comments about bugs were untrue.

We had a really nice stay. When we had a small problem with the air conditioning, staff came straight over to fix it. The food was very good too, with something for everyone.

I won't come back or recommend this place to friends in Dubai. The staff were rude and careless, and the whole hotel felt like a scam, with nothing worth what I paid. When I asked for towels at the pool, I was told there weren't any, followed by an impolite joke about calling his mother to bring some. At the pool bar, my coffee still hadn't arrived after more than an hour. When I asked again, the staff member said he was busy with his manager and would do it later. It felt as if we were staying for free and the staff were paying for us. Dealing with people who don't know what hospitality means was embarrassing. This is a one-star hotel, not a four-star one.

The rooms were mostly okay, but our bathroom wasn't clean, parts of the ceiling were damaged, and the windows were dirty, so we couldn't enjoy the sea view. The food was a fever dream, with little variety and poor quality. Most of the staff were very rude, though not all of them. I was there with my family and the stay didn't turn out well. The resort didn't give me anything fascinating to remember, more like a nightmare. I hope they make the many improvements it needs.
