Sierra Sharm El Sheikh Hotel

After a full day of activities, the sunset pool is a lovely place to slow down. The view at Sierra Sharm El Sheikh is beautiful, with relaxing music and a comfortable feel around the pool. Sunset there is breathtaking.

We’d never been to Sharm El Sheikh before, and the Sierra Hotel team made our first trip feel special from the welcome onward. Antonios and the rest of the staff were kind, attentive, and professional, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the stay. The atmosphere, facilities, and service all made for a memorable, relaxing holiday. Every team member seemed dedicated to looking after guests. We’ll make Sierra Hotel our first choice when we return to Sharm El Sheikh, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a memorable stay. Thanks for making our first visit to Sharm so special. Samy kept the Sunset Pool Bar area tidy and made sure we were comfortable on the loungers. The staff are what made our stay at Sierra fantastic. Mina, head of reception, and Ahmed at reception were great, while Emad in concierge was always smiling and friendly. At the dining hall, Sayed and Mervat looked after us, and Chef Ayman made a fantastic tarka daal. Mina at the sunset pool bar worked tirelessly to keep drinks topped up and remembered everyone’s orders. The lifeguards Tariq, Ahmed and Noor Eldein were great fun, and Peter was lovely at the inside bar. There are so many people to thank. Our room was great, with good internet across the resort and in the room. It was cleaned every day, and our cleaner Amr always did a good job with a smile. There was plenty of water, plus a fridge and safe. You can request an iron and board if needed. The pillows felt like clouds. There’s plenty to eat, including fresh salad and desserts, themed international, fish, and Egyptian nights, and a grill with fish, chicken, or meat. There’s also pizza and pasta at dinner, plus an à la carte restaurant and snack bar. Guest relations can book you a 25% discount in soho square. We used a voucher for the sauna and jacuzzi, and you can book a massage or pedi at the on-site omega spa. Free vouchers are also available for bowling and the ice rink. We look forward to coming back and highly recommend this hotel.
