SUNRISE Montemare Resort - Grand Select

The entertainment team brought loads of energy and made each day fun with great activities. The food was varied and delicious, and our comfortable room had a stunning view. Staff were warm, friendly, and professional, with excellent cleanliness and service throughout. Sunrise Montemare has a luxurious, peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy Sharm El Sheikh. It was an unforgettable holiday, and I'm looking forward to coming back. Thanks to the whole team for a fantastic stay.

We chose the Posh Club for our nine-day stay, and it was absolutely the right decision. From the airport welcome to the private reception, everything was at a very high standard. Food and cocktails were made fresh to order, and our room was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The main pools and beach were quite crowded, but the separate Posh Club pool and beach areas felt very comfortable because guest numbers are limited. We were often alone or sharing the space with just a few other families. A special thanks to Sima for arranging all the important details. Dima was dedicated, warm, sincere, and professional, always ready to help in a respectful, unobtrusive way. Our waiter, Muhamed, brought a smile and genuine care every time we came to the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We're grateful to all the staff who looked after us, from the à la carte restaurant team to housekeeping. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, surrounded by carefully landscaped grounds. It's the most beautifully landscaped hotel we've ever seen. This was the holiday we dreamed of, and we'll definitely come back again and again, especially for the Posh Club. We stayed for four days and had everything we needed without going out. Each day felt different, and we really enjoyed it. The food was varied and delicious, the pools and sea water were perfect, and the coral and fish were beautiful. Customer service was above excellent, with welcoming staff who really know how to make guests happy. The animation team had activities going every day from 9 am to 10 pm. We'd love to come back.

We stayed at Sunrise Montemare for seven nights, from 20-27 January, and I think the hotel is worth what it charges. The heated pools were genuinely warm, not just lukewarm, so we could swim and have drinks without getting cold. The sea was beautiful, with stunning coral reefs, and the beach was great for sunbathing. The staff really set the place apart. Everyone we met, across every department, was smiling, professional, and hardworking. Mohammed, the night manager, deserves a special mention for checking on us throughout the stay and making sure everything was fine. There are five à la carte restaurants, and you can eat at them every evening if you want, with no limits. Food choices were excellent. Near the Horizon restaurant, you can pick your own meat at an outdoor grill and have it cooked fresh, and it was delicious. There's also a pizza oven running almost all day, so pizza is available nearly any time. For an all-inclusive resort, the drinks were above average. The red and white wines were better than expected, and Stella lager was solid. Cocktails were mostly average, though the Espresso Martini at Splash Bar really stood out. The animation team kept things lively without going overboard. My only small suggestions would be to improve the desserts at Horizon or refresh the breakfast menu now and then. Otherwise, we had no negatives during our stay. My family and I had a wonderful holiday, and I'd confidently recommend Sunrise Montemare to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.
