The staff went out of their way to make things comfortable, which made this such a relaxing retreat. Amazing place, and it’s been my go-to since I first visited.

I’ve visited Siwa before, but this was my first stay at this hotel, and it couldn’t have gone better. Maged, the hotel manager, deserves a special mention. He was professional and fun, and made our trip feel extraordinary. Whenever I needed something or thought of something, he’d sort it out immediately, even at 4 or 5 am. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation.

From arrival, the peaceful atmosphere and connection to nature made it feel like home. There are authentic Siwa touches everywhere, and comfort sits naturally alongside the real spirit of the place. I’d highly recommend this warm, lovely hotel.

The morning view is stunning, and the music adds a lovely feel to it. Breakfast was good, but on feteer day it was something else, flaky, golden, and wonderfully buttery. There’s a coffee and drinks bar by the pool, and WiFi too, which is a bonus in Siwa. At night, the campfire makes things feel cozy and relaxed, and I loved the puppies, pigeons, and parrots. The hotel has a peaceful, authentic Siwan atmosphere, with friendly staff and a different name for each room, a nice detail. Our triple room felt a little cramped for three, and the lighting was quite soft. It suits the mood, though some people might find it dim.
