The room was comfortable and so quiet that we couldn’t hear the road. The service, though, was a real letdown. We stayed three days for my birthday, and when I asked about birthday offers, nobody congratulated me, suggested a restaurant booking, or offered any ideas. They just said, “Oh, your stay is already paid for,” and gave me the keys. My partner wasn’t offered a way to arrange a surprise either, even for an extra fee. We also weren’t given drinking water each day. We were told it wasn’t included and that this was the hotel’s rule. During our whole stay, reception staff never greeted us or smiled when we came or went. On my birthday I left with balloons, clearly in a celebratory mood, and nobody even acknowledged it. The rooms were very good, but the lack of hospitality was disappointing. We won’t be back.

The gym is fantastic, spacious and packed with weights and machines. The location wasn’t ideal for sightseeing, though it worked perfectly for my visit with family. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so they upgraded us to a superior room with a huge bed and a Nespresso machine. It came with just two capsules, and they weren’t replenished the next day. If there’s a machine in the room, it would be nice to have a few capsules, maybe different flavors, topped up during room service.

The beds were comfortable, and the staff were very nice. It’s a business hotel near the airport and expocenter, with easy access to the city centre.

I’ve always had a good stay here, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for quality in every aspect. The hotel is well organized and feels safe. Thank you.

The staff across reception, the restaurant, and guest service were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed a few days in September and really enjoyed the food, both breakfast and the à la carte restaurant. Service was wonderful, the hotel feels luxurious, and the location is fantastic. Thanks to the whole team. We can’t wait to come back.
