Kids club was brilliant, with a thoughtfully set up separate pool area and staff who were great with the children. The pools were warm, clean and arranged well for kids of different ages. Staff sometimes came round with free ice lollies, and the poolside entertainment was just right, not too loud or irritating like at some hotels. Evenings had pretty good entertainment too. The Dafni building was farthest from reception but closest to the main pools, which worked well for us. Our room was modern, comfy and very clean. We were half board, and breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from. The hotel feels huge, welcoming and immaculate, even smells lovely, and the staff are so nice that nothing feels too much to ask. There’s a local beach a few minutes away, along with a supermarket, bars and restaurants. One of my favourite hotels so far, and I’d love to return.

We’re still here and already thinking about booking again for next year. There are three of us friends sharing a duplex apartment, and it’s been absolutely spotless. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept, with an extensive breakfast selection of excellent quality. The pool area is immaculate, and the thick, comfortable sunbeds make relaxing a pleasure. Waitress Miriaw and bartender Yonisber did a fantastic job keeping us refreshed and hydrated.

A big downside is the lack of a direct private beach, so you need to make your own way to the nearby public beaches. Apart from that, the location is very central, the hotel has its own parking, and finding a spot or sunbed was never a problem. There’s both a heated pool and an ocean water pool, and the food and breakfast were delicious. The hospitality was exceptional. We’re especially grateful to Anna from Guest Relations, whose care and attention made the stay unforgettable.

We’ve been twice now and will almost certainly come back. The team have thought of everything to make a holiday enjoyable and memorable, and we simply can’t fault the hotel. Alejandro M at the Zeus pool bar is a lovely example of the great staff here. He’s always there with a cold drink and a warm, welcoming smile. If you’re lucky enough to visit, look out for him.
