The check-in staff were helpful, and communication on WhatsApp was good. The apartment was very clean. The AC unit was faulty and dripped into a bottle that we had to empty; it overflowed on the first evening, so we had to keep the unit off whenever we went out. A neighbor shouted and argued on two nights of our stay, and a dog barked.

Edson was a huge help with getting us checked in early. The apartment was clean, too.

The supermarket is just around the corner, with several other shops nearby. The place has been beautifully renovated, and the check-in was professional and very courteous. The L1 metro is only a few meters away, which made the location amazing.

The air conditioning didn't work, which was a major problem on hot days, and there were creaky doors in every room. The apartment's condition didn't match either its price or the listing description. Some neighbors and the manager made the building feel hostile. We felt watched and distrusted instead of welcomed. We were accused of damaging the TV, though we had evidence that it was already damaged and wasn't our fault. The property manager still hasn't replied to our messages or explained what happened. After a friend left an honest review, our bank notified us of an extra €300 charge. It feels like an attempt to intimidate us, and it's completely unacceptable. This was one of the most disappointing holidays we've had. The place doesn't meet basic standards, and the way guests are treated can bring extra costs and stress. I can't recommend it. Based on our experience, you could be scammed and treated very unprofessionally.
