Everything we needed was close by, and the beach was a five minute walk away. We had a lovely room with very comfortable beds and a nice sofa, and the service was so friendly and kind. Claire was wonderful with the kids and lovely to chat with. Maria Casilda, working by the pool, was incredibly kind, great with the children and always making sure they were happy. Samuel was only there to cover, but he was also welcoming and hardworking, with a range of inclusive activities on offer. These lovely team members made the holiday even better. Such a great experience.

We chose all inclusive and it was well worth it. The food was delicious, fresh and varied, and every meal was a pleasure. The rooms at Hovima Santa María in Costa Adeje, Tenerife, were spacious, comfortable and clean. Daily housekeeping was excellent, towels were changed regularly and the minibar was topped up each day. The whole team were friendly and attentive, especially reception. Nobody spoke Russian, but they did everything they could to make the stay easy and enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and I loved my time there. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. I’d be happy to return.

The hotel was spotless throughout, and the wide choice of food was excellent quality each day, with something for everyone. But what really made our recent stay at Santa Maria Hotel in Tenerife special was the staff. They were so friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The atmosphere and service made for a truly relaxing holiday. We enjoyed every minute and will be back next year.

We only booked bed and breakfast, but there’s such a wide range of food that you won’t go hungry. The staff kindly left champagne and glasses in our room for my birthday, which completely took me by surprise. I forgot to thank them at the time because I was thinking about the airport transfer, so a very big thank you. It meant a lot. The cleaning team, inside and out, deserve a shout out for the top notch cleanliness. Staff were efficient and helpful, and the hotel is in a great spot. Wifi was pretty good overall, though a little patchy in some places.
