What stood out most was the staff. They were friendly, attentive and ready to help, whether with local suggestions, check-in or just a smile and greeting. The service felt personal and welcoming throughout. The rooms were clean, thoughtfully arranged and cozy, with a warm atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The location was convenient for getting to key attractions and exploring the city, and it was also a comfortable place to return to after a long day. I'd gladly stay here again.

The location is the real strong point, and the hotel works well for a solo trip or business stay. My room was small, but fine for a short visit. Evenings did get pretty loud, though. The breakfast buffet didn't meet what I'd expect from a 4-star rating and could use improvement. There's no gym, and the pool is tiny, not really suitable for swimming. Overall, 6/10.

Great modern, clean rooms, and the location works well for both the beach and city center. Reception staff were great, too, and the price was good value. Parking costs extra, as it does in most of this area. Where For Art Thou Romeo Rating of Nine of Ten. No problem coming back to.this Hotel Lima again.

The hotel itself is nice, but after I gave them my credit card at reception as a guarantee, it was frozen following fraudulent transactions. I hadn't used or shared that card anywhere else during the trip. After that experience, I can't recommend this hotel.

We'd stay here again. The hotel was clean, the service was good and breakfast had lots of options. Really nice place, highly recommend.
