There's plenty to do nearby, with supermarkets and all sorts of shops close at hand. Carlos is really kind and can point you towards good places to visit if it's your first time in Gran Canaria. The apartment has everything you need, and the seafront promenade runs for 2km all the way to the lighthouse. It's right on the beach and very peaceful, though the area can get quite windy at certain times of year. Top marks!

We could hear the sea from our room, and the views were wonderful. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Carlos was a very kind, attentive host, and we'd definitely come back!

You can get in for a quick swim without dealing with sand, which is ideal. At low tide, though, it gets really uncomfortable.
