Casa Morató

The apartment has character, with its stone walls and old floors, plus a lovely terrace for good weather. The heating had it at a comfortable temperature when we arrived, and the bathroom was fine. The double bed was comfortable but noisy, while the single bed mattresses felt too firm for us. I thought the furniture was a bit too old, and though we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed cramped for frequent use.

The house's 1874 origins are reflected in its beautiful, well-preserved floors. It's cozy and comfortable, fully equipped, and ours had a terrace looking across the village and mountains. The location is good, and you can start the Parrizal route there. We also enjoyed the easy, very recommendable greenway bike ride from Cretas, about 20 minutes away. Parking was the only issue, with the narrow streets of this medieval town making it difficult, which is understandable. Still, it's beautiful and highly recommended.

They even allow pets, which was great. The little shared garden with a barbecue is super cute, and the terrace is simply marvelous. It's a charming, quaint rustic place with everything for a lovely stay, from the ceramic hob, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils to the bathroom bathtub. We had a luxurious little vacation.

That terrace and its lovely mountain views are easily the best part. The person who welcomed us was very friendly and offered useful tips for things to see nearby, which we appreciated. The apartment is spacious and laid out well, though the bedrooms are a little dark and, like the living room, have rather cold decor. The kitchen isn't especially well equipped, but was the most comfortable space. There's no parking, and finding a spot in town can be a real challenge in peak season and on weekends. It wasn't bad, but with those details I wouldn't recommend it.
