The bed left my back killing me, even though the hospitality and breakfast were excellent!

The response the next morning was just to replace the sheets. I got no apology, follow-up, refund, discount, or compensation. They offered a “free” breakfast, which felt insulting when I didn't want to eat somewhere that hadn't even cleaned the room properly. I left feeling disrespected and very disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend this place. I stayed in July 2025. When I got back from dinner in the tourist area, I found hair and dirt on the bed, along with a glass that had clearly been used. It seemed the room hadn't been made ready for a new guest. I had to pull off all the sheets and throw them on the floor, then spent the night extremely anxious and feeling constantly unhygienic. I can't remember having a worse accommodation experience.

The walls are so thin we could hear the couple next door being very affectionate, which made it hard to sleep. It felt like we were part of their relationship, given all the noises. The views of the mountains were lovely, the service was excellent and friendly, and parking was a plus. It's a little outside the center, but everything is so small that the location still felt worth it. Good value for money.

The terrace had lovely mountain views, and the room was clean and comfortable. We booked a room with a view, and it looked just like the pictures. We stayed one night. The hostel isn't in the city center, which we knew beforehand. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the center and 20-25 to get to the historic area.
