The room was clean and lovely, with lots of space and a great shower. Being right in the centre of town meant everything was within walking distance. The pool was great, though we hardly used it. There are some great local restaurants, and the town is very picturesque. You can drop your bags outside, but easy parking is a ten-minute walk away. There were no cups or kettle, so we had to heat water in the microwave, which was a bit inconvenient. We enjoyed our stay.

Alaior worked really well as a base for exploring Menorca, and there are cafes, restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. We stayed at Hotel Amano Maison Carrée for eight days. The room was clean and comfortable, and having the kitchen and pool available was a real bonus in the morning or at the end of the day. Our host made us feel at home, and the communication was helpful throughout, especially the check-in confirmation and the messages before we arrived. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping.

The pool area was just right for sunbathing and unwinding, and the whole hotel felt peaceful. It was clean, with very comfortable beds. The location also made it easy to visit different parts of the island, with all the usual amenities close by.

Shops, restaurants, bars and tea rooms are all close by, right in the center of the village. It has a genuinely authentic feel, but the hotel itself is very quiet. We were warmly welcomed throughout our stay, and found it very clean. The rooms were nicely arranged and had everything we needed.

The owner was quick to respond whenever we had a question or ran into an issue. Mariano and Mónica were especially kind and attentive, and their warmth made our stay feel even more special. The whole team made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was an outstanding experience, and I’d happily come back and recommend the hotel.
